How do I get your catalogue?

How do I purchase your products?

What is your delivery policy?

Normal delivery is made the same day if orders are received before 1.00 pm and if merchandise is in stock. For all special items, delivery is approximately 10 to 12 weeks.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is at the client's expense, his choice of carrier collect or we also offer pre-paid and charged as an option.

What are your payment terms?

After your account is established, terms are net 30 days.

Do you accept credit cards?

We do not accept credit cards.

What is your warranty policy on your products and services?

All Pitanco Précision products are sold with a 1 year limited warranty (normal usage).

All repairs are guaranteed for a 6 month period from the date of the repair.

How do I return products?

Products can only be returned with a RMA number issued by our sales department. Please contact us at sales@pitancoprecision.com to get your RMA number.

Do you have a minimum amount for orders?

Yes, the minimum net amount required for each order is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
